As you will notice from the above numbers our market is still in recovery. The inventory is still low, but new listings coming on the market are staying steady. Pending listings are down a bit from 2012 but remaining steady as well. The largest changes from 2012 to 2013 are Sold listings and Active listings. Sold listings have increase greatly while Active listings in comparison have dropped. This is because our inventory is low and properties are being picked up fairly quickly.
On the whole these number show a stabilizing market where values are rising slowly and seller confidence is growing. Give it time and the health of the market will be back in force.
